Redesigning Mobile Banking Application for a Top-Tier Bank in Nigeria

The bank boasts millions of customers, and its mobile app serves as a crucial touchpoint for enhancing customer experience, accessibility, and financial interactions. Over a span of four months, I undertook the responsibility of conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and iteratively developing high-fidelity user interfaces and prototypes to deliver a user-centric and intuitive mobile banking experience. The primary goal of the project was to reimagine the bank's existing mobile banking application, addressing pain points and incorporating new features to elevate user satisfaction. The redesign aimed to streamline banking processes, increase customer engagement, and enhance security measures, ultimately fortifying the bank's position as a technological leader in the financial sector.
